Staffing Options

WAIT STAFF & DISHWASHER 

$185 (4) hours per staff  $215 (5) hours

All of our staff have their food handlers card and safe serve card.

Our uniform consists of Black Bistro, Black slacks, pressed button down collard shirt, black long tie, black vest and an apron. Wait staff can also wear a white shirt.

Duties will include serving food, buffet or plated, refilling chafing dishes, cleaning up, waiting on guest and help setting up. Each additional hour $40  

SECURITY GUARDS 

$195 (4) hours un-armed per guard. Each additional hour $40

$255 (4) hours armed per guard. Each additional hour $50

Our security guards will help with checking in guests with picture IDs, maintaining a safe & secure environment, maintain orderly event, respond immediately to crisis, check IDs for underage drinkers, remain clearly visible to guest. Will come professionally dressed in all black.

DJ SERVICE

$1,025 (4) hours. Price will depend on the speaker size & how much lighting is needed. Outdoor events with larger crowds will require larger speakers. Our DJs can provide a variety of playlist. 

CHEFS:

$200 (4) hours of service. Our chefs will prepare the meal you purchased or assist in preparing food.

CATERERS:  Price is based upon menu and guests. The price ranges from $30-$35 per person. We offer buffet or plated.
